This data never leaves your browser and is not sent to our servers.

  • Payment information
  • IP addresses tied to game sessions
  • Device identifiers or fingerprints
  • Usage analytics tied to your identity

2. How We Use Your Information

The anonymous game session data we collect is used solely to:

  • Understand aggregate usage patterns
  • Improve question quality and game balance
  • Monitor service health

We do not use this data for:

  • Selling or renting data
  • Third-party advertising
  • Automated profiling or behavioral tracking

3. AI-Generated Content

MindTrap AI uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate educational game content, including example manipulative messages and their psychological explanations. This content is generated for educational purposes only. No real brands or political figures are used.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our database is hosted on Supabase with row-level security enabled.

However, no system is 100% secure. By using MindTrap AI, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information.

We may share limited information only when:

  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of i2L Tech, MindTrap AI, or our users
  • Using trusted service providers solely to operate the Service (under confidentiality obligations)

6. Cookies and Tracking

MindTrap AI does not use cookies or tracking technologies for personalized advertising or behavioral analytics. We use browser localStorage for game state only, which is not shared with any third party.
